Referee registration for Oakleigh Cup 2026

Welcome to the 2022 Oakleigh Cup Referee Registration Form.

Please fill out the below form. This information will assist tournament staff and referee coordinators to allocate referees to games.

The tournament will take place on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th September at Jack Edwards Reserve, Oakleigh (Oakleigh Cannons Ground).

Saturday will feature U11-U13 Teams
Sunday will feature U7-U10 and U11 Wallabies

Please indicate you availability for the two days. If you have any specific times you need to leave/arrive by please state that on the form.

All matches will be 2x15 min halves (45 minute timeslots) and will be
$30 per game.

Payment will be made via bank transfer 1-2 weeks after the event. please enter your bank details on the form. Please note due to the size of the event we cannot pay cash on the day.

Please also list your referee branch and regular level of competition from the winter season (or most recent season) so we can ensure you are appointed to the appropriate level of matches. For example U12 NPL or Mens State 3 etc.

Please ensure you bring your official Football Victoria Referee Shirts of various colours.

Referee allocations will be sent to you via email prior to the tournament. Please ensure you are at the grounds at least 15 minutes prior to your first match of the day. Parking is a challenge at the venue.

Contract

Please read through the agreement below, and accept it. This is required to be able to carry on with your registration.

All referees must agree to the following terms and conditions

- I commit to attend all allocated games.
- I will be punctual to all of my matches.
- I will advise the referee coordinator ASAP if there are any issues or if unable to fulfil any of my allocated games.
- Due to the number of games. Referee payment will be made via bank transfer following the event. No cash will be paid on the day.
- Referees showing any symptons of COVID 19 or required to isolate should not attend the event and notify their referee coordinator immediately.
- I will follow all instructions from tournament staff and notify tournament staff if I have any questions or issues.
- I will speak to a Ground Marshal immediately if I have any issues during the match. (The event will be monitoring team and supporter behaviour closely so please don't hesitate to pause the game and notify a staff member if you experience any issues.)
- I will submit the scores and any red cards to a Ground Marshal before leaving the field.
